    Architect is for participants ready to move from personal AI fluency into responsible facilitation, learning design, and brand-authorized delivery. This level prepares eligible participants to facilitate beginner to intermediate-level SHE IS AI courses, subject to assessment, mentoring, licensing, contract, and quality assurance requirements.

    Steward is the highest level of the pathway. It is designed for experienced educators, facilitators, and leaders ready to lead advanced SHE IS AI programs, mentor other educators, support Architect-level candidates, and uphold ethical, instructional, and brand standards across delivery contexts.

  • Each level of the SHE IS AI Applied Intelligence Pathway™ has its own structure, duration, and scope of responsibility.

    • Catalyst: 6 weeks

    • Architect: 10 weeks of live training + 3 months of mentored coaching

    At the Catalyst level, you complete a Catalyst Portfolio that may include an AI Values Statement, Personal AI Governance Framework, Responsible AI Checklist, Authentic Voice Prompt Portfolio, AI Integration Plan, Ethical Decision-Making Guide, AI Pathway Map, and Applied AI Use Case Project.

    At the Architect and Steward levels, participants complete more advanced capstone deliverables connected to facilitation readiness, curriculum design, mentoring, leadership, and ethical stewardship within the SHE IS AI ecosystem.

  • The SHE IS AI Foundations Module is a shared alignment module required for participants pursuing Architect or Steward certification and potential eligibility to facilitate under the SHE IS AI brand.

    It establishes common alignment with SHE IS AI teaching standards, ethical frameworks, inclusive facilitation practices, and human-centered AI principles. The module helps ensure that participants preparing for facilitation, mentorship, or advanced stewardship operate from a consistent ethical and instructional foundation.

  • Each level of the SHE IS AI Applied Intelligence Pathway™ is priced independently based on scope, duration, mentoring, assessment requirements, and, where applicable, facilitation eligibility.

    • Catalyst: USD $1,500

    If you complete more than one level, your total investment reflects the levels you complete. Optional specialty tracks, if pursued later, are priced separately.

  • Yes. Certification is permanent at the level you complete. If you choose to pursue or maintain eligibility to teach under the SHE IS AI brand, you may be required to complete periodic updates or refreshers to remain aligned with evolving AI practices and teaching standards.

  • Facilitation under the SHE IS AI brand is optional and available only to eligible participants who complete the Architect or Steward levels and enter into a separate licensing agreement.
