Ricquel Harper is an alchemist of innovation and a fearless advocate for ethical AI.

She brings two decades across marketing, strategy, finance and emerging technology, turning complex systems into practical solutions that keep people at the centre. A certified Generative AI Expert, Agentic AI Developer, Prompt Engineer and AI governance leader, Ricquel has advised organisations from Fortune 500 boardrooms to global think tanks on brand experiences that deepen loyalty and drive measurable growth.

She is the architect of the education pathway and the governance thinking beneath it, holding the line that fluency does not confer authority. Her sessions awaken as much as to inform, giving participants the tools and the courage to lead in a fast-moving field.

Natt Trakul is a visionary business leader and advocate for women in innovation across Southeast Asia. As Director of Southeast Asia, Natt leads regional growth and partnerships, advancing AI adoption, education, and empowerment across Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and beyond. Her focus is on building purpose-driven business, empowering women, and shaping the future of AI and sustainability in the region.

Nagawa is an ethical AI consultant, creative director and certified AI trainer, working at the point where creativity, culture and technology meet.

Her practice combines synthography and AI-assisted visual storytelling with ethical AI strategy, cross-cultural marketing and automation design. She works with purpose-driven founders and small businesses to clarify their message, build systems that hold as they grow, and carry their impact across borders without losing what makes it theirs. Having grown up between cultures, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to how people communicate across contexts, and reads the nuance most strategies miss.

Within SHE IS AI, Nagawa holds cultural intelligence as a structural concern rather than a courtesy. She supports cultural adaptation across the ecosystem, contributes to teaching and curriculum, and works on grants and funding pathways, particularly across the African chapters.

Her position is that a message which does not travel is not a strategy, and that AI adoption designed without cultural context will fail the people it claims to serve.

Francis Ssekitto leads SHE IS AI Uganda, working between Perth and Uganda. He runs SHE IS AI Uganda (U) Ltd and holds responsibility for funding, grants, and the partnerships bringing SHE IS AI education into the African market.

Francis works across both SHE IS AI and SHE IS EMPOWER, connecting AI education with the energy infrastructure that makes it possible. In regions where power is intermittent and access is mobile first, the two cannot be treated separately.

His work spans university partnerships, regional project planning, and the groundwork behind SHE IS AI's presence in East Africa.

He represents a model the organisation is building toward: regional leadership, regionally held, with local standards that are not negotiable.

Milcah is dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses to thrive through ethical AI governance, creative innovation, and enduring brand strategies that articulate clear value.

With a strong background in Library and Information Science, brand strategy, and visual identity design, Milcah is passionate about collaborating with communities and businesses to drive purposeful transformation while leveraging emerging digital technologies for impactful communication.

Matt Dodds brings a background in fintech to the financial and legal structure sitting underneath the ecosystem, working across both SHE IS AI and SHE IS EMPOWER.

His remit covers financial governance, payment architecture, reconciliation and the commercial structures that allow the organisation to operate across multiple countries and currencies. As SHE IS AI expands into new regions and new revenue lines, that discipline is what keeps the growth sound.

Matt's view is that an ethics-first organisation has to be financially rigorous as well. Good governance starts with clear books.

Laura McNeilly is Head Coach for SHE IS SOL, the self-awareness and inner-readiness foundation of the SHE IS pathway.

She guides members through the foundations work and co-leads the 18-week SOL Mastermind, holding the space where people do the personal work that makes everything after it possible. Laura is also a lead voice across SHE IS SOL's teaching and community content.

Her belief is clarity starts on the inside, and the world reflects the state you bring to it. Settled people make better decisions, including about AI.

Patrick builds the technical layer underneath SHE IS AI's consulting work, designing the data structures, workflows and automations that turn AI strategy into working systems for clients.

His work covers data architecture and clean-up, workflow and process mapping, agent design, and integration across the tools a business already runs. With many years experience he brings the engineering discipline that keeps implementation practical and maintainable long after handover.

Patrick works to the principle that ethics, policy and data hygiene come before automation. Systems built the other way around create risk rather than capability.
