In the villages of northern Thailand, the classrooms of Nairobi, the towns of Aotearoa, and the camps of Lebanon, one truth is becoming clear. The future will be shaped by those who understand AI.

But right now, too few people do. And too many are being left behind.

At SHE IS AI™, we believe access to AI education is the foundation of equity in the 21st century. We’re building a global movement to ensure that women, youth, and underrepresented communities are included in the AI conversation, and infusing their lived experience into the code

Why now?
AI fluency is rapidly becoming a new line of division, between countries, communities, and generations. According to the World Economic Forum, 44% of core job skills will shift by 2027. Without accessible education, millions will be excluded from the workplace.

What we’re doing
Through our Academy, we partner with grassroots organizations, educators, and governments to deliver multilingual, values-led AI training around the world. Our curriculum is creative, contextual, and co-designed by a global faculty, 85% of whom are women.

Education is empowerment.
As access.
As justice.

If we don’t democratize AI education, inequality will deepen. And if we succeed, we’ll unlock a generation of leaders ready to live in the future, and to shape it ethically, without bias.
